Join your peers for a close-up view of the 90-inch outfall construction from the Tri-City plant to the Willamette River.  This is a progressive design-build project to construct both open cut and tunneling alignments for the pipeline.  Learn about the design challenges related to building through the old Oregon City landfill, complex tunneling alignment and ground conditions, and small project area.
