Constitution and Bylaws CommitteeThe Constitution and Bylaws (C&Bs) Committee is responsible for the underpinning of how PNCWA is structured, operates, and remains in compliance with applicable non-profit laws and regulations. The C&B Committee guides membership and the Board on how to conduct business and how to structure the organization. The PNCWA Constitution & Bylaws, Policies and Procedures Manual and Strategic Plan can be viewed at www.pncwa.org/governance-records. C&B reviews amendments to PNCWA, Region, and Section C&Bs and makes recommendations to the PNCWA Board. Committee activity varies as C&B respond to amendment review requests as needed. C&B meets by conference call (when needed) and one in-person meeting at the Annual Conference. Check out C&B latest news and event here.
