Constitution and Bylaws CommitteeThe Constitution and Bylaws (C&B) Committee reviews proposed amendments to the PNCWA, Region, or Section Constitutions or Bylaws and makes recommendations to the Board of Directors. Amendments may be proposed by the Executive Committee, the Board of Directors, or by a petition of 150 members. These proposals are submitted to the PNCW Secretary and C&B Committee for review so the Committee only meets as needed.
