Member Services Committee

The Member Services Committee exists to assist PNCWA leadership in developing programs that attract new and keep existing members, to assist in finding ways to diversify membership, and to connect our members with the committees that do the work of PNCWA.

We have developed surveys to solicit input from the membership on where the association should focus future efforts, are designing new member materials, developed a new membership booth for display at our Annual Conference, and launched a well-attended new member meet and greet event at the 2016 Annual Conference. Learn about our membership base and the benefits of joining PNCWA. 2019 Annual Membership Survey

The PNCWA Annual Member Survey has been designed to provide feedback to the Board of Directors and Committees on how effective our organization has been at meeting the professional needs of our membership. The information contained in the surveys submitted will be used to determine PNCWA success in meeting it's strategic plan goals, adjust the plan if necessary, and provide feedback to the board and committee chairs to help identify what the organization is doing well as well as proactive suggestions for areas that may need a little more attention or improvement.
