Force Majeure

You agree that PNCWA will not be liable for any loss resulting from a cause over which PNCWA does not have direct control, including but not limited to the failure of electronic or mechanical equipment, communication lines, telephone or other interconnect problems, computer viruses, unauthorized access, theft, operator errors, severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, wars, or government/judicial restrictions.

By accessing, viewing, or using the material on this site, you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal and local courts presiding in the State of Idaho and agree to accept service of process by mail and hereby waive any and all jurisdictional and venue defenses otherwise available. Access to Secure/Members Only Areas

Claims of Copyright Infringement

Miscellaneous

A printed version of this agreement shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form.

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and PNCWA with respect to your use of the site. You acknowledge that, in providing you access to and use of the site, PNCWA has relied on your agreement to be legally bound by these terms and conditions.
