Outstanding Young Water Environment Professional of the Year (PNCWA)
This award recognizes the contributions of young water environment professionals for significant contributions to PNCWA and to the stormwater or wastewater collection and treatment industry.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Member of the PNCWA
- 35 years old or younger at the time of nomination
- Demonstrated contributions to enhancing the activities of PNCWA, contributions to a PNCWA Section and/or to PNCWA Committees
- Demonstrated improvement in the fundamental knowledge of the performance of wastewater collection and treatment systems, water resource protection and research on issues important to the water environment.
