Three PNCWA Board Positions Are Open

The PNCWA Board of Directors comprises the President, President-Elect, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, Past President, two WEF Delegates, and four Regional Directors. This year, the PNCWA Nominating Committee is accepting nominations for the following positions:

PNCWA Vice President
The Presidential rotation is a four-year commitment beginning with Vice President. To qualify, a nominee must have documented evidence of professional experience and capabilities including:

  • Significant career accomplishments
  • Professional experience and credibility
  • Leadership knowledge and experience (PNCWA, Committee or Section, etc.)
  • Visionary planner, motivator, consensus builder, and communicator
  • Knowledge of the PNCWA organization and governance

PNCWA strives for regional representation and rotates the Vice President nomination by state. In 2017, PNCWA will select from Washington if at all possible.

PNCWA WEF Director
The PNCWA WEF Director serves a three-year term on the WEF House of Delegates and the PNCWA Board. (The term on the PNCWA Board may vary slightly from other Board members, depending on the date of installation as a member of the WEF House of Delegates.)

Treasurer
The Treasurer is a two-year term with the possibility of renewal. In the case a Treasurer-Elect is selected, the Treasurer-Elect serves one year prior to becoming Treasurer, and then serves the two-year term as Treasurer.
